OH Friday please come soon!

So another work week has begun, but I could not be more excited because Beau and I are going to the beach this weekend. My Grandparents own a condo in Fort Myers beach, FL and we are going to take advantage of the long weekend. I can't wait for sun and relaxation! But what I am really excited about is COLLEGE FOOTBALL! Auburn is ranked like 46th, but whose counting right? War Eagle and good luck to the tigers!

Wow what a weekend!

After a very long week at school Beau and I went to one of our favorite Mexican places in town called Sur Este. My friend Amanda's husband was playing in his band. We had a great time relaxing with friends.

On Saturday I worked on a paper for my master's and did house chores. Saturday night we had our monthly dinner club party with friends. I am the dinner club president, so I plan all of our events and we decided on a "Goodbye to Summer" Cocktail Party. All the guys and girls dressed in black and white and brought heavy appetizers to share. I made Auburn Stars, which is always a hit! They were created by two Auburn Grads and they are delicious. Back to School

So my life has been CRAZY lately! I love my job, but I forget how young my kindergartners are when they come to me. It was our first week back at school and let me tell you, I have had one kid pee his pants twice, a screamer who misses mommy, and 18 small bodies saying "Mrs. Howell" every 5 minutes. Can we say great birth control! Needless to say they are so sweet and cute and told me today I was the best teacher ever and looked beautiful in my dress!

The Ugly Truth

So my friend Kristy and I went to see the movie, The Ugly Truth this afternoon and let me tell you sooooo funny. Very crude humor, so wrong, but very funny. Then we did one of our favorite things, eat cheese dip. It was basically a perfect Saturday filled with yard sales, a two hour nap, matinee movie, and Mexican!
